Since there is a correlation between the supply fan inlet temperature, culture medium temperature, and outlet temperature, this relationship formula will be determined during the performance tests of each unit conducted at the factory and stored in the control unit. During cell observation in the laboratory, the culture medium temperature will be calculated and displayed using this relationship formula based on the supply fan inlet temperature and outlet temperature. The control unit will adjust the supply fan inlet temperature to ensure that the displayed temperature matches the observation set temperature. As a result, a temperature setting error of ±1.0℃ or less has been achieved.
